My husband and I are trying to cut back on spending so I am now packing his lunches. I feel awful, everyday its either left overs or a ham sandwich, I need some good ideas that are not to time consuming to make!

The possibilities are endless.
There is nothing wrong with left overs and or cold cuts.
What I do is this: On the weekend, I'll get 1/4 lb of assorted cold cuts. For example:
1/4 lb salami
1/4 lb provolone plus 1/4 lb of another cheese
1/4 lb ham
1/4 lb chicken or turkey breast
I also purchase 6 onion rolls in a bag and the tortillas wraps that are 8''.
Other weeks I''ll get whole wheat bread / rye bread or other bread, and sometimes, I'll purchase an Italian or French long baquette.
I always try to so something different week to week on the bread and if certain breads are on sale, I buy them, take them home, wrap them in foil & freeze them.
BTW - a good secret is to alwyas have those small salt & pepper packets you get from fast food places. :-)
Here is a few ideas.
#1 - Tripple decker:
Toast 3 pieces of bread and put his favorite mayo/mustard on it.
One of the layers will have some cold cut & cheese and the second layer will have lettuce & tomato or cuccumber... what ever he likes.
Add a hard boiled egg along with the salt & pepper packets.
1 small bag of chips and 1 or 2 cookies.
#2 Tortilla wrap
Put this favorite mayo/mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, sliced thin onions, and roll it up.
Cut it in half.
In a small container some home made potato or mac salad... you can make this on the weekend so it's ready for the week day lunches.
A brownie or a few cookies.
#3 Italian hogie
Cut an Italian or French baquette in half & toast it.
Place his favorite cold cuts & cheeses, with shreaded lettuce & tomato and if he likes peppers, add a few slices of peppers on top
A pinch of oregano & pepper
Then gently sprinkle some Italian dressing on it and that's it.
If he likes fruit, make him a small fruit salad but use fruits that will not turn brown, such as strawberrys, blue berrys, UNPEELED banana, melon, honeydew, watermelon.... etc..
#4 - Nothing states that you cannot have breakfast for "lunch".
3 scrambled eggs with grilled ham, buttered toast and home fries. The grilled ham & home fries can be prepared on Sunday. Make sure you add the salt & pepper packets as well as ketchup.
Add an apple or some other fresh fruit such as melon.
# 5 - Grilled ham & cheese with a small Glad container of soup
Some cookies or brownies and some fresh fruit.
# 6 -
In a Glad or plastic container. Give him a few pieces of toasted bread or roll with butter. Add to the lunch container some cold cuts, cheese, tomato wedges, pickelts, some olives & 2 hard boiled eggs.
Again, some cookies & fresh fruit.
I can think of more, but I'm tired of typing....

Does any one know where I can purchase a Lean Cuisine Designer Lunch Bag? They are all sold out on the Lean Cuisine web site as quantities are limited. Proceeds go to a good cause ($5 is donated to breast cancer research), but they are also very cute. I have already checked ebay and no luck. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Check your yellow pages or local phone book, for Weight Watchers Locations, sometimes these establishments will carry this sort of promotional item, because it is for a good cause.
Also, have you checked any of the
breast cancer research sites? They may have a link for the sales of the item you're looking for.
