Would women accept guys that wear thongs?

I wear something that considered gay to wear. I am in high school. Most people from the other sex wear them, but they are made for guys also. Is it bad for a guy to wear thongs? They are very comfortable and supportive than any other underwear. Will people make fun of me if they accidentally see them? Is it unusual for a guy to wear?I have questioned my sex orientation also. I feel attracted to a random muscular black basketball player at lunch. If i am bi, can i get out on facebook without telling people? I want to real bad.Is it bad to watch videos that have men in thongs and speedos? I already told my mom that i wear thongs. Her opinion that most high school guys don't wear them and she laughed in the beginning. She ask me why i want to wear them. They are cozy and supportive and it is my body. She accepted it. she bought me some speedos later on, but i denied it. Why does she want me to wear something different. Is she holding her true feelings back . Why are they made anyway to don't be worn? I told her because i don't know how to do laundry so she could wash them. I told her to don't tell my dad and she agreed. I think she told him anyway. He called me speedo on purpose several days when i told my mom I have older brothers that lives with us.I wonder what they think if they figure out that i wear thongs? Is it bad to want to sag them for people to see? I sag them when i got something from the vending machine in the mornings at school. Their was a lot of girls there also. I bend over to let them see what i am wearing. Five minutes later a pass that machine and the girls said its him. I did it with a different group of girls and they just laughed when i left. I even sag these at walmart for people to see. My friends in the library saw that i sag thongs and the friend that was a guy said you wear thongs.. speedos... model in them man! I guess he likes them so that is good. The friend that was a girl who was there said " man thongs?" I guess she think it is semi hot so. several days ago, i was waiting for the school doors to open in the morning. their is a handful amount of people that was waiting their. When the doors open, i grab my bag and rise my back. They saw my thong i bet because when i got into the door, i herd a girl talking to her friend "disguesting" are they talking about the thongs?I think they are pretty amazing. I be friended my crush on facebook also. He is a pretty sweet guy. How can i talk to him? He does not know me. Like what would you do if you see a random person jogging around the park and you saw him in a red thong on and a short sleevless shirt? Why do they get made fun of like the testicale vesticale, the banana hammock, bungie spunglers, and marble bags?

Okay to start off I am a girl, 15 yrs old, 5'5 and 170 pounds. Yes i am well aware that im "fat" so no need to comment below telling me that. It's my freshman year, and I am pretty busy everyday with homework and house chores so i dont have time to go to a "gym." However, I have gym everyday in school and at least thats a little bit of movement. I really want to make a change in my life and finally fit in. There are more overweight girls in my school, but still because of my weight I have a self-consiounce problem. I feel ugly, and so unattractive. High school is the time to have fun and feel good about yourself, go to dances, and i really feel that my weight is holding me back from that. I want to be able to look "good" and be able to wear nice clothes instead of band tees all my life. Also, what i eat everyday is: breakfast- 7:00am: bowl of special k cereal and milk. lunch-12:34 pm: apple, cereal bar, rarely do i ever bring a bagel or sandwich and sometimes instead of apple ill bring small bag of crackers. Dinner-4:00 pm: different everyday, but i dont eat meat at all. And once Im done with homework I sometimes try to work out on elliptical for 25 minutes. So how can I lose 50 pounds real soon, so i can look normal? And what should I eat? Thanks so much :)
P.S I don't eat any candy, or drink any sodas or juices. I rarely eat fast food.
* I'm not gonna be anorexic. Its an idiotic solution. I don't care if this weightloss takes months. If I go anorexic Ill just gain back all the weight later on..*

Do not have a âdietâ diet, where youâre told what to eat, just eat healthy and simply, so you can satisfy your cravings and answer your bodyâs need for some missing nutrients. If Iâm building muscle mass, Iâll need a lot of carbs to do the weight training (because itâs anaerobic and fat burning shuts down) and then get huge cravings for proteins for the ârepairing strongerâ part.

Eating healthy is about avoiding the unhealthy food as much as possible. Once you stay away from fast food (any restaurant food, really), packaged and boxed food (except for bread, pasta and rice, if you donât make your own bread/pasta), canned food, prepared and processed food, then youâre left with the fruits/veggies, whole wheat food (the brown kind of bread, pasta), brown rice, brown rice, legumes (beans, peas, lentils...), low fat dairies, eggs (if you eat dairies and eggs) and the good kind of oil (olive, avocado, nuts). You can have any of the bad stuff occasionally so they donât become forbidden obsessions. Have some French fries, or one slice of pizza (with your favorite veggies) or a cookie, once in a while. Just donât do it every day and watch for portion sizes.
Also the cooking method can double the calorie content of a meal, so learn about healthy cooking without having to add extra fats, like using a steamer (using water), a rotisserie (using heat and herbs...great for potatoes and zucchinis), a slow cooker (using homemade broth and herbs), a pressure cooker, a grillâ¦
Once you cook your own meals, you can control the calorie content because your control the cooking method and all the ingredients. A lot of people are overweight because they keep eating food that they did not cook.



Growing teenagers (under the age of 20) should NOT use the adult BMI but should use the BMI-for-age, which uses percentiles and comparison with other people the same age/gender. A 5â5, 110lbs adult woman (BMI 18.3) would be underweight while a 5â5, 100lbs 15 years old girl (BMI 16.6, same height but weighing 10 pounds less) would have a healthy weight because her body is still growing and sheâs supposed to gain weight as she reaches adulthood.

Some of your friends could be the same height and age as you are...5â5 and 15yo, and weigh only 98lbs, with a 16.3BMI and they would have a healthy weight (under 98lbs, theyâd be underweight) but that does not mean that you have to weigh 120lbs.

Your goal should be in the âhealthyâ category. Technically now (5â5, 15yo and 170lbs â 28.3BMI), youâre obese, but have a cup of diuretic tea, lose a pound of water by tomorrow and youâll just be overweight (at 169lbs â 28.1BMI). The BMI categories should not be used for fit people but can be used for unfit people to trigger a wake-up call when they get into those âobeseâ and âextremely obeseâ categories that become a health issue. You would get into the healthy weight category at 144lbs (24BMI)...which is 26 pounds of fat reserves weight loss goal for you (not 50 pounds). Itâs like the planets are perfectly aligning...the best fat reserves loss is half a pound a week (1,750 calories of exercising, providing that you eat enough to cover your BMR and your growth), and a year is 52 weeks so youâd lose 26 pounds of fat reserves by next Valentineâs day.


Do not focus on the scale. As long as youâre eating enough to cover your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and not too much above that and that you exercise, you will lose one pound of body fat for each 3,500 calories of exercising, no matter what the scale indicates.

Losing one pound of body fat does not mean losing one pound of weight because it does not take into account muscle mass gain (which is very good) and water and waste fluctuations, which can be huge and are very confusing and irrelevant since only temporary because eventually, your body settles down. Eating healthier and drinking more water will make you lose water retention (less sodium) and waste (more fiber and better regularity).

Using a tape measure once a month to chart your progress will reassure you because when you lose half a pound of body fat but gain some muscle mass and some water weight so you donât lose any weight on the scaleâ¦itâs a little depressing, when, in fact, you should be happy, and you get happy when you use a tape measure and lose half an inch somewhere, or even a quarter of an inch (like the thighs) even if you did not lose any weight on the scale.

How to feel pretty again?

Okay...so I'm having a major self esteem issue lol but just so you get a good idea the pic on my profile here is a year old...I weighed 130 in that picture...I now weigh 180 and my bf is obssessed with my weight. He's always telling me I need to go to the gym and he just always talks about it...not in a mean way tho...but it's making me feel awful about myself. I can't remember the last time I got a compliment from him...I try so hard to look cute hoping maybe he'll actually notice me and say something nice but I could dye my hair pink and he'd never notice...how do I get him to love me for who I am now, not for who I was and get him to stop pestering me over my weight...I mean I'm still cute. I'm not what you'd call fat lol just a lil chubby here and there...I still have days where I feel pretty...but they're few and far between nowadays...I guess what I'm trying to ask is how to raise my self esteem and how to let my bf know that the comments he thinks of as motivation are actually counter productive and making me wanna hide in a closet instead of excercise like he wants me to...and if anyone has tips on how to lose weight those would be great too : )

...And if you're gonna give mean answers and put me down I'm just gonna tell you to f-u-c-k off right now lol

You know what? I think I know how you feel. Ever since I stopped swimming training (I'm in senior high school now) I've started to pack it on. I need to lose at least 5 kilos (10 pounds). My mum has noticed too and has been commenting on my legs and thighs. My dad even comments on my bum lol...

From what I can see in your profile pic you're quite a beautiful woman. Don't let others get you down, just use what they tell you as an incentive to try and improve upon yourself!

I've decided to take my parents' advice and use it as motivation to try and prove them wrong, prove to them that I'm capable of losing weight. My mum is a fitness fanatic so she's been giving me tips on how to keep my weight at bay. Your boyfriend is just showing his love for you and wants you to be healthy. After all, many people who put on weight fall victim to the 'snowball effect', where you keep putting the pounds on one after the other. Remember, the more weight you put on, the more you have to lose. Do this for yourself and your own health, not your boyfriend!! :)

You should try and limit your carbohydrate intake as this is what makes you bloated. So don't pile huge masses of white pasta, rice and bread on your plate. Eat mainly vegetables and fruit!! They are the best for you and you know what you're getting in them.

For breakfast have a small bowl of All Bran or a couple of Weetbix (these wholegrain wheat biscuit things). Have it with low fat skim milk and fruit. Have a drizzle of honey on top too if you like. Another idea is scrambled eggs in the microwave. Just mix up 3 eggs and a dash of water for each egg using a spoon, in a microwave safe plastic container. Heat for a couple of minutes or so on a medium-high heat, depending on how runny you like your eggs. Eggs are great because proteins don't make you put on weight.

For lunch have a bowl of salad with dark green leafy vegetables and some tuna if you fancy. I've also heard that instead of using bread for a sandwich, use lettuce leaves!! :)

For dinner you can have a large side of steamed vegetables with a portion of lean meat. Or you could opt for a healthy stir fry with plenty of vegetables, tofu and lean meat.

Keep little bags of trail mix around the house for when you feel like a snack. Although don't eat too much of the dried fruits and nuts because they have quite a bit of sugar and fat in them. For a snack it's probably best to have a piece of fruit or some fruit salad with low fat no sugar yoghurt on top. Carrot and celery sticks are also good. You can dip these in some djonnaise if you like.

Cut out sugar in your tea and coffee gradually. But never use artificial sweetners such as Splenda, it's much better to have the real sugar. Drink plenty of water throughout the day!! No fizzy drinks or cordial!!

Pick a day in the week that can be diet-free. This means you can eat whatever you like (within reason and in moderation of course). Doing this prevents moments of binging and break downs. I usually have a portion of dark chocolate on my diet-free day...I can't live without it!!


Keep a food diary of what you eat during the day. You're more likely to eat healthier if you do this. Trust me, it works!! Weigh yourself once a week and record your progress. Don't weigh yourself everyday as you'll just feel dejected if you haven't lost any weight.

Remember if you fall of the diet wagon, just hop back on it again!! The world isn't over if you don't lose as much weight as you'd like, just try and at least maintain your current weight.

For exercise try and get in at least half an hour of vigorous exercise a day. This will not only increase your stamina but help with your blood flow. Walk or run, don't use the car!! You're doing good for the environment and your health! Buy a 10 day pass at your local swimming pool!! You'll have to go at least 10 times then to get what you paid for, hehe :P Swimming is a wonderful sport and great for every muscle in your body. I used to train for 2 hours and it kept me in shape wonderfully. You can also go bike riding with your boyfriend on the weekend!!

You can also do sets of exercise while listening to fast-paced music. For example: do 5 x 10 situps a day, 5 x 10 pushups a day, 5 x 10 squats, and 5 x 10 lunges. Search on youtube for more examples!

I really hope this helps :) It's wonderful to be able to fit into your clothes and not have to worry if your bum is too big ahah..

Q. is it safe to assume that no matter what woman you are with, and no matter what kind of man you are, that your woman WILL at some point cheat on you. either emotionally, physically or both. and you will probably never find out.

this assumption if based on an exclusive relationship that is rather lengthy.

this is based on what ive heard women say, both in person (to their girlfriends) and on YA behind the anonymity it offers. they all say that they get 'bored' with their men. if their man is a nice guy, they want a bad boy. if theyre man is a manly d-bag, they get in the mood for a nice guy. i have heard/read (mostly heard. i work at a location frequented by females during lunch breaks) DOZENS of different kinds of women in different walks of life saying this same thing.....some of them even admit they have good men that treat them like goddesses.


based on this unplanned research, i have decided not to enter into a serious relationship with any woman, and i have gotten a vasectomy to stop from being tied to a woman for two decades.


its sad, really. it must be female nature...
yes...men fantasize, women cheat.

I am a pretty beautiful girl , not conceded . But i have a few perks here and there
Well how can I get rid of my bags ?
How can I loose weight faster ?
And what are some good face wash I can use ? (No proactive please ?!)

everyone has a few imperfection's here and there so it's natural, but you can change it as you wish.
For the bags under your eyes, you can use concealer after you woke up; that can hide the lines under your eyes. Or buy a really good moisturizing lotion that is able to keep the moisture in your skin at night.
Loosing weight for women is always the hardest. Trust me I know.
For starting you want to change your diet into something healthy, like veggies, fruits, water (lots it can help your skin as well). STAY AWAY FROM soda, fried food (french fries, chicken), fast food, and beans/rice. When eating something that's meat or seafood its always better to eat it baked, instead of grilled.
Exercise is the important key in loosing weight as well.
Try to workout 3 times a week and then step it up more. like you could do 5 times or increase your hours on how long you workout.
Running and Jogging are very helpful, but they don't loose weight fast it takes time. So to lose weight faster the best options is this:
Stretch in the morning (take a look at yoga positions on YouTube.com)
In the afternoon, after having lunch and resting; go for a jog or a run (even a walk, something that keeps you active)
This you can do any time of the day. Workouts like crunches, jumping jacks, Jumping rope, Yoga, leg curls
Good face wash: anything for ST. IVES

I'm traveling to another country next Christmas and I need tips on how to blend with Society, Im gonna be in public for several days buying stuff for my wife. I've heard stories of Americans getting robbed and killed.. any help would be nice

Wear conservative, not casual clothes. Your shoes should be ordinary leather ones, never athletic sneakers. Have a dumb-looking satchel or tote bag, not a fanny pack or a designer bag. If you want to carry a camera, keep it in a zipper pocket rather than around your neck, and keep track of it. Leave your good watch and all rings except a wedding band at home.

Get one of those passport holders that you wear around your neck, under your clothing. Use it for your passport, the majority of your money, and all but one of your credit cards. You should be safe enough during daylight hours in the main commercial areas of the town. A plastic shopping bag with a local store logo will help you blend in a bit. (I once met a young woman who traveled a lot. Her hobby was collecting plastic shopping bags from all over, and then using them up one by one to carry her lunches and miscellaneous stuff.) Try to keep all your bulky purchases together in one bag. You won't look like a native, but you'll look like you know what you're doing, anyway.

If English is not the native language, don't lose hope. Many people have studied some English. Speak slowly and clearly, with simple sentences and a basic vocabulary. You can often communicate by dictionary, pictionary, and pantomime, especially if you carry a notebook and pencil.

She jokes around, and she sometimes touches my arm and says she can feel my freckles? And she is always joking around like she is stalking me, but we would always joke afterwards, because she would say something very creepy and crack out laughing, Just so you know, i do not like this girl, but i dont if she likes me, but i do know a guy who does, and he put a love letter in her locker, but, sorry im getting sidetracked, does that mean she likes me, or can i just laugh with her as a friend without being suspicious?

I'm 20 years old, work out 40 minutes, 3 times a week, 5'6" 140 lbs. How much protein, iron, fat, and fibre would I need a day? I'm just not sure that I'm getting enough


Answer
You generally want 1 gram of protein for every 1 pound of lean body weight to help maintain your muscle mass. So get a bodyfat test and minus your bodyfat pounds from your total weight for your lean body mass (LBM). As you're a woman at 5'6" @ 140, I would put your bodyfat at 20% give or take, so you should consume about 110 grams of protein a day.

For the iron, take a multi-vitamin everyday with breakfast.

For fiber you need to eat veggies, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, and limited amounts of whole grain breads/buns.

Healthy fat can be taken in pills (omega 3 & 6).

If you want to lose bodyfat or just maintain a healthy weight, follow my diet:

The first things you want to eliminate from what you eat are: sugar, fried foods, and white flour. You want to eat as natural and unprocessed food as possible.

Sugar, anything with it is bad. From Coco-Crispies cereal, nearly all sodas, to a small bag a M&M's. All turn into body fat fairly quickly.

Fried foods. Chips, french fries, etc. All have very high levels of calories and fats. Cut out mayonaisse and butter while you're at it.

White flour. White breads, spahgetti, Ramen noodles, most cereals, tortillas (corn & flour).

You're going to want to eat 5-7 small meals/snacks in a day. That may seem like a lot of eating, but look at it this way. Say your lost in the woods and you need to make a fire that will last all night. Will the fire last longer throwing all the wood you've collected into the fire once or twice during the night, or if you toss a couple of logs in once every 45 minutes-hour?

Your body is pretty similar. You need to feed it a little bit every 2-3 hours to keep it burning fat. The longer you go in between meals, the more likely your body is going to store what you eat as fat. This is because your body doesn't realize that there is food everywhere in the world we live in. It still thinks your a cave-man. And cave-men didn't get to eat very often. Sometimes once every 3-5 days...starving. So our body is designed to store what we eat as fat, because fat has the most energy (calories) per pound. So, if you sleep all night, then skip breakfast and don't eat until lunch at say 11:30am...you probably haven't ate anything in 12+ hours. So, your body thinks your starving, that there is no food to eat. Then you eat a nice, greasy, calorie-loaded slice of pizza. Your body will then store most of it as fat because it thinks there is a food shortage.

Aim for 250-300 calories at each meal/snack.
Also try to eat 20-30 grams of protein at each meal. And of course, your going to want to keep even healthy carbs to a minimum (less than 80 grams a day).

The healthiest carbs are:
Yams
Oatmeal (no sugar)
Sweet Potatoes
Brown Rice

OK carbs are:
Whole-grain bread/buns/tortillas (whole-grain should be the first name on the ingredients list)
Fruits

Aside from the carbs listed above, your meals should consist of:
Chicken breast
Turkey breast
Tuna
Salmon
Egg whites
Almonds
Low-fat cheese (cottage, string cheese)
Lots of vegtables
Lots of water

You need to drink 1 gallon (128oz)minimum per day. Water is what carries the toxins and fat you burn off out of your body through your urine. It also helps keep you feeling full and does wonders for your skin. If your urine isn't clear like water, drink more.

Also, take a multi-vitamin (like Centrum).

If you were to do cardio like ride a bike or jog for 20-45 minutes everyday AND diet, you'll be several sizes smaller in no time. But remember, losing weight is 90% about what you eat, not how much you exercise.

Bodybuilders and fitness models basically eat this way. Not only is it low calorie, low carb, high in protein and natural...it controls your blood/sugar levels and how your body uses the food based on the glycemic index.

PS+ take a thermogenic fat burner also (hyrdroxycut, xenedrine, etc). Just remember to drink more water.

And have 1 cheat meal a week. Gorge yourself on a couple monster burgers, pizza, or french fries...it doesn't matter. It will taste better than it EVER has and also give your mind and body a break.
