I was given an Ameda Purley Yours by my co-worker. I am only 32 weeks pregnant currently, but I am trying to be prepared! I have a toddler at home and way too busy to be unprepared. Anyway, the bag that she gave me is not only huge and unsightly but the zipper is broken so she had manufactured velcro so secure it shut. I am way too clumsy to rely on Velcro seal on the breast pump so I called around and found out it will be $45 to $60 to fix, not worth it. I found a small diaper bag at Kohl's today that has an insulated portion to store food. Do you think it will work out fine to store my milk?

I plan on returning to work after 8/10 weeks.
Shannon - Unfortunately no...it is the discontinued pump, although they all apear to be the same with different bags. The one I have stores the pump and sheilds up top and then has to comparts down on the bottom for milk storage.

Answer
of course! I just used a little backpack thing that I got from Universal Studios, lol. I put my milk in an insulated lunch bag in the fridge. I think what you found at Kohls will work just fine! And be less conspicuous!
