How long does an insulated bag work for?

~ <3 ~

I'm going to be at college for 12hrs, plus another 2hrs driving time.

If I were to keep some food in an insulated bag, APPROXIMATELY (to your best knowledge) how many hours max would it stay fresh for if:

-the food was reallly hot or frozen?
-it was just sorta cold?

Thanks.

Answer
I found this for you. Hope it helps!

Lunch Bags & Boxes
The first thing you will need is a container in which to pack the lunch. It doesn't need to cost a lot of money. For adults a small cooler makes a great lunch box. Fred uses a medium sized cooler. He is usually gone for 24 to 48 hours, so he needs alot of food to keep him going. For children and teenagers, you can usually find inexpensive lunch boxes and insulated lunch bags at yard sales and thrift stores.

Small children often prefer a plastic lunch box with cartoon characters on the side. I suggest you buy these as cheaply as possible. They only last for a year or two before the children drop them or the latch breaks. At $6 to $10 a piece, buying brand new boxes has never been a good investment for me. I have purchased them new when I desperately needed the thermoses that came with them. After the plastic lunch box broke, I purchased replacements from my local Goodwill. I continue to use the same thermos year after year.

If the art work on an older lunch box is shabby, you can easily replace it. Use rubber cement to glue down a new picture (cut to size) and then cover the picture with clear contact paper. I've done this, and it lasted almost 2 years, until the lunch box cracked and became unusable. Amy D. describes the process in detail in the first book of The Tightwad Gazette.

For older children insulated lunch bags work best. They don't have the juvenile connotations of plastic boxes with matching thermoses, so older kids usually don't object to carrying them. I like them because they don't break when they get drop-kicked across the livingroom by a budding football player. Since they have soft sides, it is easier to fit more food and odd-shaped containers in them too. They usually have zipper closing and shoulder straps for carrying them. I buy the largest ones I can find because I find them easier to fill. Many modern insulated bags have several extra zipper pockets and sections on the outside to carry little extras like napkins, spoons and salt or pepper packets. My boys like these but they aren't really necessary. Purchased brand-new, insulated lunch bags cost between $5 and $15. If you wait until back-to-school-sales you may find them cheaper. Over the summer they can often be found at yard sales. Insulated lunch bags usually do not come with their own thermos, so you will have to use some you already have or buy them separately.

What is a good/healthy lunch for an athletic high school boy?

Pat M

He is determined to be a professional ballplayer (yes, I know the stat's of that happening) what can I do to help him nutritionally?

Current Lunch:

Turkey/Roast Beef/ or Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich on wheat bread
Grapes or Apples (clementines when in season)
Chips or crackers
Cookies
cheese sticks

Obviously, I would love to cut out the chips and perhaps cookies could be replaced with something healhier.... would love suggestions!

Thanks!

Answer
Here is fure tips for eat a quick and healthy lunch for school boy, please see:
Stock up on lunch possibilities when you shop for groceries. Think simple -- a loaf of whole wheat bread and a jar of peanut butter; a package of corn tortillas, a can of black beans, and some fresh tomatoes; frozen veggie burgers, whole grain hamburger buns, and a jar of roasted sweet peppers. Throw together a few of your favorite ingredients, and see what happens!
On days when you buy a sandwich, go to a place that'll make one to order. Ask for turkey or roast beef, extra tomatoes and onions, and only a smidge of mayonnaise. Better yet, opt for mustard. Don't get tuna if it's mixed with lots of mayo. By skipping that eggy, oily spread, you'll cut back the fat and cholesterol significantly.
Prepare lunch items the night before right after dinner. This saves on clean-up time. Store food properly. In the morning pack foods in the lunch box.
Don't forget food safety. If refrigeration is not available, use insulated lunch boxes or bags with frozen ice or gel packs.

what is a cheap &easy lunch for my husband to take to work? besides a sandwich?

my husband spends about $100/week on just lunch! he refuses to make a sandwich for himself to take to work like normal people. he's a big baby and very picky. i can't even make a sandwich for him bc he complains the bread gets soggy or something. so he buys lunch everyday, and snacks at convenience stores, everyday. i was thinking about freezing chili or something, but he said he couldnt eat that 2 days in a row. he's always in a hurry in the morning so he can't make anything in the morning before work. pleeease, what are some other lunch ideas that are quick and easy and don't turn gross from being in the refrigerator? he likes all 'ethnicities' of food (indian, korean, american, mexican, etc). thank you!
he is supposedly traumatized from getting food poisoning one time. so he doesnt like re-heated leftovers from the night before for lunch. and he wont eat food thats more than a couple days old bc he is convinced he will get food poisoning. please help me :( lol

Answer
Y'all clearly have more problems than just his spending $20 a day on lunch. I'll do my best, but don't expect miracles.

If he has access to a microwave, you can send him with frozen meals. They will keep fine in an insulated carrier for 6 hours. I took an Amy's Organics frozen meal to work for lunch every day, tossed the frozen package on a shelf in my office at 7:45 every morning, and nuked it between 12 and 1. It was never thawed, even not being in an insulated bag. I thought the $5 for the Amy's Organics was a lot, but even buying high-end frozen dinners is cheaper than buying lunch out!

To save more than that, you can make meals from leftovers in microwavable, sealable containers. You can make extras from dinners you are cooking anyway and freeze them into meal-sized portions. Select a meal from last week or the week before to keep the variety interesting.

You can also send salads in air-tight containers with a separate container for the dressing. The frozen meal will keep it cold in that insulated bag. In addition to green salads, you could think about chicken salad, tuna salad, pasta salad, rice salad, tabbouleh, quinoa salad, bean salad, and so on.

If you're using whole-wheat bread and he's complaining about it getting soggy, you could try putting the bread in a bag and the filling in another container or bag and let him assemble them at eating time. I don't have a suggestion for white bread--I never use it BECAUSE it turns into a soggy mess.

Can you give him a huge menu of possibilities and let him choose and plan so he has buy-in to the idea? Persuading him to give up his $20 lunches and trips to the convenience store might not be as easy as just handing him a lunch pail. I might be tempted to re-think the whole plan from a completely different angle. For example, if he's eating a huge meal at lunch time, why does he need another huge meal at supper time? You could save yourself a lot of trouble and work if you just fix the sandwiches for supper and forget about changing his lunch habits.

Edited to add:
If he got food poisoning only once, he is a fortunate man. Most people who frequently eat in restaurants average 3 to 4 episodes of foodborne illness in a year (the "stomach flu"). It's actually less risky to eat food that was prepared at home using normal preventive measures (such as washing cutting boards every time they are used and washing hands before handling food).

At any rate, FREEZING the leftovers will pretty much eliminate any possibility of their incubating viruses or bacterial infestations. Microwaving them appropriately will both thaw and re-cook the leftovers.

Edited again to add:
Thinking it over, I would not want to fix food for a person who is likely to blame me if he picks up a digestive ailment. His fear of food poisoning seems irrational.

Lunchbox idea for a very picky hungry man?

dmorris514

My husband is super picky, works outside, and has no access to a microwave. He is sick and tired of sandwiches and doesn't like pasta. He wants something different and I can understand, however, I'm lost. He eats sooooo much! Not really a "rabbit food" type of guy. Lol. He works about 50-60 hours a week outside and right now the weather is a bit chilly. Does anyone have any creative lunch ideas that will fill him up?
He's not crazy over soups either. This is why I'm lost. I have no idea what to feed him because he is so picky though. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Answer
A picky eater man. A rare breed, indeed. LOL, call his mother and complain, and make her come up with lunch ideas, she did this to him. Is he a meat and potatoes guy?

The wide mouthed insulated thermos jar is the answer, and you can put in anything that will fit into it. Buy two, one for the potatoes, one for the meat.

Or buy him an insulated lunch sack or a heavy metal lunch box that you can strap a thermos into, great for hot chocolate, tea, coffee, warm punch, eggnog, [no booze of course]and buy a cold food keeper, freeze it, toss it in. My Dad took one off those metal rectangular boxes with the rounded lid, he carried mail, and it had to go into his swing box until lunch. No refrigerator there, thankfully, his was in some trees and he avoided the hot sun.{for those that are too young, in the days before mail carriers all had their own mail truck, those were greenish painted mailboxes, a mail carrier had one on his route, opened it with his own key, and could store things in it like umbrellas, dry gloves, and, lunch. On rainy days, Dad would sit in it, keeping his head dry, his long legs stuck out of it aways, he was 6'5".]
go to the plastic storage section at Walmart, they have lots of cool correctly shaped for the food storage ideas.
A hearty man salad, like chicken fruited salad. Apples, grapes, raisins, chunks of chicken, pecans or almonds, toasted and put in a baggie to add before eating it. Just put some Mayo or Miracle Whip in a little jar, dribble in some orange juice, and shake. Keep dribbling until the mix is pourable, pour and stir. Put in a man muffin, like cranberry orange, or zucchini.

I like to make a baked cheesecake, I cut it into servings, and wrap it in foil, and freeze it. Then I just grab a slice, toss it in the lunch bag, and it is thawed by lunch time.
Love magic cookie bars, they are filling, and would be sturdy enough to handle some rough handling. Bar cookies are not so delicate, and do well in a lunch bag.

I would make like some roast beef and gravy, cut the beef into easy to bite pieces, and put some mashed potatoes and some butter into another container.
I make a recipe with round steak, just cut the beef into nice chunks, roll it in flour, sear it both sides, and make a sauce of a can of cream of mushroom soup, a envelope of Lipton's onion soup mix, and a half cup of water. Slow simmer it for a couple hours, it comes out so oniony and tender. Could serve it with boiled or mashed potatoes, or rice.
Shepard's pie is great. Chicken and dumplings would work well.
Chili is a good meal. Beany wienie, beef stew, breakfast casserole with tater tots and cheese and eggs, apple bread pudding with a caramel sauce.

Anything that he will eat, make a double batch for supper, and put the leftovers in both your lunch sacks for the next day. If he is anti leftovers, choose things that will freeze well, wait a week or two, defrost and heat it up and dump it into the thermos. Meat loaf freezes well. Roast pork would work.
Anything BBQ would work, pulled pork, pulled chicken, beef.

Toast up some bagels, and put a cream cheese based spread and a knife in his lunch. I cut parmesan and a little garlic powder into cream cheese for a spread, served on onion bagels. I mix honey and cinnamon and sour cream and cream cheese, then dump a can of cranberry sauce [the kind with whole berries] on it and refirgerate. Just spread it on. Yum.

What are some easy brown bag lunches for kids?

dasi108

Any one know of healthy and easy brown bag lunches, that maybe don't require to be kept cold or need to be warmed up? I need some ideas.

Answer
Kids eat out of necessity and then want to go play or socialize before the end of the lunch break. Food has to be eaten by hand. Mini carrots, peanut-butter crackers, grapes. That is the favourite of my kids. Cold cuts with crackers, or there are are a thousand combinations of cold sandwiches that can be made quickly. My kids like raw snow peas. We cut up watermelon (when it's good) into handy pieces, same with cantalope. We always ensure that they have a protien, a veg, and a fruit. They get ice cream or cookies when they get home, but we do not pack dessert in their backpacks because we know they would eat that first and abandon the rest. Good luck.

What are some good lunch ideas for my toddler?

Sexxylexi

I feel as though I feed my toddler nothing but carbs. for example, mac and cheese, those pastas that you add butter and water to, sandwhiches (bread), chicken nuggests, etc. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can feed my daughter for lunch that doesn't have carbs in it? Or things that aren't heavy like those pastas and stuff. Please list things with no carbs and also I take her to work with me so I pack her lunch every single day but I do have a microwave at work. Thanks for all the help.

Answer
Get her hooked on fresh fruit and veggies. You can wash grapes and bag them in advance for the week. Carrot sticks are great too, and kids love dip. Every child needs carbs, so don't totally eliminate them from her diet. She should have whole grain crackers or breads with her lunches. Cottage cheese and yogurt are also great ideas. Sliced apples with peanut butter dip would be good, and with protein. Chicken breast cut into strips is a good choice to add with the protein. There are so many things you can do with veggies, fruits, and lean meats. Just cut them up so they're easy for her to eat, and make sure to include carbs, too. Good luck!

healthy school lunches for highschool?

insulated lunch bag for adults image

dancer1994

Okay so i will be beginning my first year of highschool this september, and this summer i lost 24 pounds! But it took a lot of work, and im not interested in gaining it all back. anyways last year my eating habbits were; skip breakfast, vending machines for lunch, pig out when you get home, then eat dinner. but odviously i've had to change that i now know to eat a good breakfast, healthy lunch, and small dinner. But the problem is im not a big fan of sandwhich foods, i find sandwhiches allways go soggy, and eating salads is just like putting a sign on your forehead saying " I AM ON A DIET" anyways i'll give you some things i do enjoy, chicken (slices or breasts) cream cheese, wraps, pitas, hummus, any sort of fruit or veggie. Does anyone have any recipes or ideas i could use for school lunches, they would be in my locker for a few hours. Also i allways loved granola bars, and those silly little 100 calories snacks. but odviously those are out of my reach now, does anyone have any low fat granola recipes, or any subsitutes?

thanks for any help you could provide!

Answer
You are so smart! You kinda answered your own question. Wraps and pitas hold the healthiest salads you can create! You could say they just hide them better! Make an awesome salad and add sliced chicken breast. Put them in the pita, or wrap them up in the tortilla/wrapper of your choice. Hummus is great in a pita or wrap, just change the veggies you put in... Cucumbers sliced, tomatoes, and of course some dill spiced yogurt. There is no end to the salad creations and combinations you can create. Adding lots of greens - lettuce, spinach, whatever you like, will give you food you enjoy and make you feel you are not depriving yourself. A hearty veggie wrap/pita will be filling and so tasty. You could wrap them in aluminum foil to keep them "cool", and I would check out some of the more "adult" style lunch bags. There are some really nice bags that insulate your food, and keep it fresher.

Cream cheese is one food I would stay away from, you could use non-flavored yogurt instead. Try seasonings that you like and experiment to find new combinations.

I would put two pieces of fruit into my bag. A nice piece of fruit would be a great snack at break, and then have one for lunch too. There is no rule that you cannot make your own 100 calorie goodies. There are really nice little snack-sized ziplock bags available, and check the nutrition label to find out how much you can put in the bag to equal 100 calories. Pretzels, lo-cal popcorn, baked-not-fried snacks, nuts, and low fat granola would be a nice little treat - no pun intended!

You sound like a smart young lady who has control of things. Keep going, and you will be happy with your healthy choices!

I'm going to Puerto Rico in July what are good family activities to do while down there?

Toni L

I am going to Puerto Rico in July for 2 weeks with my Dad (who's 53) and my twin girls (who are 3) for vacation. This is our first vacation that we have ever taken together. We are renting a car and staying in a hotel in San Juan. He has already made all the reservations and paid for the hotel and the plane ect; however, he has given me the task of figuring out family friendly activities to do while we are down there. All I can think of is, well...the beach! and El Morro. Any other suggestions!??! I do have umbrella strollers! And I'm not afraid to walk! This is my first vacation since I've had the girls and is way over due! (last one was in 2006). I don't mind going out of San Juan either. Before I had the kids I USED to be a bit of a traveler and go to places like Germany, Japan and South Korea just to name a few places. So I'm game for anything; however, with my dad being in his 50's and the girls being 3, I don't know how well they would fair. So any suggestions that would be insightful would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)

Answer
SInce you guys are renting a car it gives you the advantage of seeing the best of what PR has to offer outside San Juan. The first place I recommend for you to go is down south near a small town called Guanica. There is a small mangrove cay with crystal clear calm waters that are perfect for little ones to play. Buy a set of inexpensive snorkeling equipment and bring it with you, the snorkeling is great around the island. You take a ferry here and need to bring what you need with you. I suggest to get a small disposable cooler, or just bring one of those insulated carry along bags so you and your girls have plenty to drink while there. Also you should do this on a Wednesday, stay away on the weekend, I've given you fair warning! http://www.puertoricodaytrips.com/gilligans-island/

Also on the south side, off the town of Ponce, is a great day trip to Caja de Muerto. My family and I went there this past summer and we saw dolphins! It's a pristine island with those dream like Caribbean waters, calm, clear and blue green. This is a weekend trip and you MUST make reservations in advance. It's worth it. The drive to Ponce is only an hour and a half by the expressway, and the docks are easy to find. You would need to leave San Juan early to make sure to make it on time. On the docks at La Guancha (the port in Ponce) you can feed pelicans, and watch huge fish swim around. Vender's sell little bags of food for them and the kids LOVE to feed them. There are also shops and restaurants to explore, it's really nice. http://www.puertoricodaytrips.com/isla-caja-de-muertos/

Another suggestion is to take a day trip sail out of Fajardo to Culebra with East Island Excursions. Culebra is a real gem. It has the Caribbeans #2 best beach, according to discovery chanel, called Flamenco Beach. The trip includes lunch, and snorkeling. http://www.puertoricodaytrips.com/culebra-east-island-excursions/

IF you want to get away from the beach PR has the most beautiful mountains, with waterfalls, rivers and lakes. On a Saturday or Sunday take a boat ride on a lake in Utuado to local restaurants right in the middle of the lake. It's called Dos Bocas, and it's a lovely setting with cool mountain air and great local food. http://www.puertoricodaytrips.com/lago-dos-bocas/

One of PR's most known and amazing sites is the Camuy Caverns, it's just west of Arecibo and is one of the worlds largest underground cave systems. You can take a guided tour, with a tram, and I think the kids and adults will be amazed. http://www.topuertorico.org/city/camuy.shtml

Just south of San Juan is the town of Guavate, near Cayey. Here is where the Puerto Rican specialty Lechon (roasted pig) is made. And on the weekend there are local arts and crafts being sold. When you make the turnoff from the highway don't be fooled by the few easy to get to Lechoneras right by the road. Just keep going and you will find the real Guavate, it's great not just for the food but for the many stalls of homemade goods for sell, this is where you should get your souvenirs. Just a little further down the road is a great mountain pool with a waterfall. It's an easy hike on a well maintained trail and the water is bright blue and makes for great swimming. http://www.puertoricodaytrips.com/guavate-lechon-and-music/
http://www.puertoricodaytrips.com/charco-azul-carite-forest/

The site i've given you most of the links to is great, I live here and I use it all the time! They give fantastic detail and their directions are spot on. Puerto Rico Day trips has lots more suggestions you should look at them all to find the perfect things you guys love to do. Don't forget to bring and use lots of sun block, and reaply often!! And if you ever need suggestions, directions or advice feel free to ask!

I was given an Ameda Purley Yours by my co-worker. I am only 32 weeks pregnant currently, but I am trying to be prepared! I have a toddler at home and way too busy to be unprepared. Anyway, the bag that she gave me is not only huge and unsightly but the zipper is broken so she had manufactured velcro so secure it shut. I am way too clumsy to rely on Velcro seal on the breast pump so I called around and found out it will be $45 to $60 to fix, not worth it. I found a small diaper bag at Kohl's today that has an insulated portion to store food. Do you think it will work out fine to store my milk?

I plan on returning to work after 8/10 weeks.
Shannon - Unfortunately no...it is the discontinued pump, although they all apear to be the same with different bags. The one I have stores the pump and sheilds up top and then has to comparts down on the bottom for milk storage.

Answer
of course! I just used a little backpack thing that I got from Universal Studios, lol. I put my milk in an insulated lunch bag in the fridge. I think what you found at Kohls will work just fine! And be less conspicuous!

I just found a re-usable insulated lunch bag I thought I lost about a year ago. I was all excited to start using it again when I opened it up and found the sides were moldy from what appears to be either an apple or an orange that I obviously forgot to take out. The bag is in otherwise good condition... there are no cracks in the plastic. Would it be safe for me to give the bag a good cleaning, perhaps with some bleach water, and begin re-using it for my lunch?

Answer
As long as you can get all of the mold spores out you should be fine. I would use a bleach and water mix, 1 part bleach to 10 parts water, and then wash it out with dish soap after that just to make sure you get all the bleach out and let it dry, if you notice any smells then after you clean it try it again and if you cant get rid of the mold smell or if it returns latter you may just have to throw it out. I hope this helps

Answer
I wouldn't use bleach on plastic, but a good cleaning may be enough. If after it is washed there is a stain, then the plastic was porous enough that the mold is likely permanent, in that case I wouldn't reuse.

Fallin`Of`

Well I've never really thrown a halloween party before so maybe I should ask. How do you throw a halloween party? It's going to be in the garage by the way a never used garage.

Any help would be great.

Answer
Are you going for fun, spooky, or a scary house? For kids or adults?

I would make sure to sweep (if the garage has cement floors) really well, and then decorate with typical things: fake webs, spiders, bats, pumpkins, jack-O-lanterns, ghosts, colored streamers (purple, black, and orange seem to match most themes), etc. You can even do red or black light bulbs to cast an muted, erie glow on the party. Remember to give out small prizes or ribbons if you play games and people win. Costume judging is fun too.

Music is great, you can buy premixed Halloween cd's or make your own. Try classic music, like movie themes (Halloween) or tv show themes (Adam's Family, the Munsters). Songs like Black Magic, Marie Laveau, I've Put a Spell On You, Witchy Woman, Magic, Witch Doctor, They're Coming To Take Me Away, Moster Mash, etc. We always use Casper's ChaCha Slide as a fun, new version of the electric slide at Halloween Party's. It isn't really spooky, but the Casper thing ties in, and most people don't separate it in the middle of the other music. Plus it has a really good beat to it and it can be a great laugh.

You can make realistic ghost decorations by using white trash bags, and balloons. Blow the balloons up to a decent size; use a dark marker (black, blue) to draw various faces on the balloons, with the tied side down; place one balloon inside each trash bag so it fits into one bottom corner snugly (you will have a point above the balloon); tie (with string, twine, or fish line) the trash bag tightly around the balloon, being careful to keep the knot of the balloon below the knot around the trash bag ghost's neck. To hang in trees, from porches, etc., use fish line tied to a paperclip 'pierced' through the point at the top of the ghost's head.

We also do paper bag pumpkins too. These are relatively simple, inexpensive, and a fun craft to get involved in with your kids. They also make great fall decorations that you can use year after year. Youâll Need paper bags, for smaller pumpkins use lunch bags with flat bottoms, for larger pumpkins use grocery bags; green string or yarn; markers, crayons or paints, and newspaper. Stuff the bag 3/4 full with scrunched up newspaper. Gather the top of the bag and tie with string or yarn to form the stem of your pumpkin. Shape the bag to look like a pumpkin, using your hands. Decorate your pumpkin with paints, markers or crayons, as you desire.

I usually do something cool and new each year with the cake too; various things like gravestones, dirt, bubbling cauldrons, etc.

Party games:
PUMPKIN BOWLING: You can purchase a children's plastic bowling set, complete with ball. Then use a plastic, or various fake pumpkin, as the ball instead. Have participants stand a few feet away and throw the pumpkin, just like in real bowling, trying to knock down the pins.

PUMPKIN TOSS: Use a plastic pumpkin, like kids use to collect candy on Halloween, or another Halloween style container with a large top opening. Have participants stand a few feet away and toss various items into the pumpkin. We started with pumpkin beanbags, but when we lost or ruined those we moved on to plastic spiders, small plastic pumpkins, even pennies work in a pinch.

HALLOWEEN CONCENTRATION/MEMORY: Prepare 12 post-it notes or 3 x 5 index cards, etc., using a crayon or marker. Number each post-it note from one to twelve on the front, non-sticky side. On the other side, on two cards for each, put the words or pictures: Ghost, Pumpkin, Witches, Goblins, Treats and Scarecrows. Or whatever you decide to use. Make sure each pair is not in numerical order and then place the post-it notes on a wall in two or three rows in numerical order. Each player takes a turn asking for two numbers to be turned over. Game play goes on to the next player whether or not a match is made.

WAVY WANDS (kids parties): You'll need music that you can pause

How do I know if she likes me?

Kyle

She jokes around, and she sometimes touches my arm and says she can feel my freckles? And she is always joking around like she is stalking me, but we would always joke afterwards, because she would say something very creepy and crack out laughing, Just so you know, i do not like this girl, but i dont if she likes me, but i do know a guy who does, and he put a love letter in her locker, but, sorry im getting sidetracked, does that mean she likes me, or can i just laugh with her as a friend without being suspicious?

Answer
She's Always Wearing a Dumb Grin

Regardless of where in the world you go, there is nothing more universal than the sheepish smile of a person who is smitten. As the two of you spend time around each other â at the water cooler, after a class, etc. â she won't be able to hide her pleasure at stealing a few minutes with you. That ridiculous grin will be your first hint at the larger possibilities taking root in her heart.

Instead of Talking, She Listens a Lot

There can be little doubt that women have the gift of gab. Watch her spew out thousands of words per minute with one of her girlfriends. Does she do the same thing when you are paired up? Is she more likely to ask you a question and hang on every word? Both are good signs (the first entails she wants to include you in her life) but the latter is big hint she has more in mind than just letting you talk about what's going on every day â she wants to be a part of it.

She Laughs at All Your Jokes

Even the most successful comedians tell jokes that bomb from time to time â no one is perfect when it comes to being funny. If she's making you feel like you are, chances are it's because she likes you. For guys, the impression you have a great sense of humor is a big confidence boost. She knows that and, by finding you âhilariousâ more often than she should, she is indicating her desire to connect with you in any way possible.

You Find Her Beside You Frequently

In real estate, conventional wisdom states the three most important things are âLocation, location and location.â It's no different when it comes to people who like each other. In a crowd, the pair with a mutual attraction are more likely to be jockeying to get close. Any opportunity to get next to you is like gold for her, so she will attempt to sit in the nearest desk or visit your cubicle often.

She Makes Constant Eye Contact

You know the feeling of someone looking at you from across a room? If she likes you, it's fairly likely you will end up with that feeling pretty regularly. You might not like being compared to an object, but humans naturally look on the things they desire with regularity. It doesn't matter if it's a new pair of shoes, a dress in her favorite color or just the guy she hopes will ask her out, she is going to keep looking until she gets what she is wishing for.

Her Hands Are All Over You

Let's clear something up before we go too much further: she will not be touching you like that. What she will do, however, is find subtle ways to break into your personal bubble and steal some physical contact. She might, say, throw an arm around your shoulder to congratulate you on completing a project or rest her hand on your shoulder while taking your lunch order. She absolutely can't resist the temptation to do so, even if it seems pretty low-level to you.

She Brags About Her Abilities

Men and women both like to puff themselves up, especially on job interviews or when attempting to catch someone's eye. When she talks about how great she is in the kitchen, it's because she wants to cook for you. Has she been telling you all the details of her latest speedy run? She's hoping you'll get out on the trail with her. It's another way for her to demonstrate her qualities as a potential mate, a sure sign she's after your heart.

You Get a Present or Two Regularly

Speaking of her baking skills, have you received a pan of brownies or bag of cookies? Something else? Though you might be thinking she'll bring you a new book or a video game you're craving, the little heartfelt gestures are the first steps to the big-ticket items. She might drop off a fresh pack of pens if she hears you complaining about losing yours again, too, as a way to demonstrate how much she cares about your needs.

She Dresses to Impress

For guys, this often means they put on nicer shirts (and sometimes neckties) to show girls how sharp they can look. In the case of a girl that likes you, it's almost always that and the exact opposite. She might show up to watch the game with you in a T-shirt sporting your team's favorite logo or put on a sweatshirt and jeans to come closer to your personal style. It's her subconscious way of saying, âLook at how much alike we are!â in order to get you to ask her out.

Her Schedule Increasingly Matches Yours

Ever noticed how, when you can't stop thinking about someone, they always seem to appear? Is it just that you are lucky or because you are looking for them without knowing it? When you notice her showing up in the spots you love to hang out, it is probably because she's subconsciously looking to spend time with you in any way possible. Even waving at you from the other side of the library is a thrill for her, she likes you so much

Colt 45 want the lyrics o.O?

Chorus: Colt 45 and two zig-zags
Baby that's all we need
We go to the part after dark
Smoke that tumbleweed
As the marijuana burn
we can take our turn
singin' them dirty rap songs
stop and hit the bong like Cheech and Chong
and sell tapes from here to hong kong
i said roll, roll, roll my joint
pick out the seeds and stems,
feelin' high as hell
flyin' through palm dale
skatin' on dayton wheels
so roll, roll, the '83
cadillac coupe de ville
if my tapes and cd's just don't sell
i bet my cabby will]

well it was just sun down
in a small white town
and they call it east side palm down
when the afroman walked through the white land
houses went up for sale
well i was standin' on the corner sellin' rap CD's
when i met a lil' girl named Jan
i let her ride in my caddy
'cause i didn't know her daddy
was the leader of the ku-klux-klan
we fucked on the bed
fucked on the floor
fucked so long
i grew a fuckin' afro
then i fucked to the left
fucked to the right
she sucked my dick
til the shit turned white
i thought to myself
"sheeba, sheeba!"
got my ass lookin' like a zebra
i put on my clothes
and i was on my way
till her daddy pulled up in a chevrolet
so i ran, jumped out the back window
but her daddy he was waitin' with a 2 by 4
oh he beat me to the left
beat me to the right
the mothafucka whooped my as all night
but i ain't mad
at her prejudice dad
that's the best damn pussy i eva had
i got a bag of weed
and a bottle of wine
i'm gonna fuck that bitch
just one more time

Chorus:

i met this lady in Hollywood
she had green hair but damn she look good
i took her to my house 'cause she was fine
but she whooped out a dick that was bigger than mine
i met this lady from Japan
never made love with an african
i fucked her once, i fucked her twice
i ate that pussy like shrimp-fried rice
don't be amazed at the stories i tell you
i met a woman in the heart of Australia
she had a big butt and titties too
so i hopped in her ass like a kangaroo
see i met this woman from Hawaii
stuck it in her ass and she said "iiiiiiiiieeeeee"
lips was breakfast
pussy was lunch
then her titties busted open with hawaiian punch
met Colonel Sanders wife
in the state of Kentucky
she said i'll fry some chicken
if you just fuck me
i came in her mouth it was a crisis
i gave her my secret blend
of herbs and spices

Chorus:[]

i met dolly parton in Tennesee
her titties were filled with hennesee
and that country music really drove me crazy
but i rolled that ass and said yes miss daizy
then i met this lady from Oklahoma
put her pussy in a coma
met this lady in Michigan
can't wait til i fuck that bitch again
met a real black girl in South Carolina
fucked her til she turned to a white albina
i fucked this hooker in Iowa
I fucked her on credit so i owe her
fucked this girl down in Georgia
i came in her mouth now i thought i told ya
met this beautiful sexy hoe
she just ran cross the border from Mexico
this fine young thing said her name's Maria
I wrapped her up just like a hot tortilla
i wanna get married ut i can't afford it
i know i'm gonna cry when she get departed

How do you make Happy Meal Treats to take to school?

kids lunch bags with drink holder on Fuel Belt Slice Insulated Palm Holder Black Accessories
kids lunch bags with drink holder image
Q. I have heard of moms sending these to school before. They are individually bagged for each kid, with a treat that resembles a hamburger, fries ( I think it is those string chips ), a drink, and a little toy.

Answer
Are you looking for a little treat that is shaped like a hamburger and fries? Or are you looking for fun lunch treats in general?

Here is a snack combo treat that resembles a burger and fries. The "burger" is a cookie and the fries are like a peanut butter fudge. They are from quickcooking.com There are pictures at the website.

Cookie Burger
http://recipes.tasteofhome.com/eRMS/recp.aspx?recid=7956
INGREDIENTS
1 package (17-1/2 ounces) sugar cookie mix
2 drops yellow food coloring, optional
1-1/2 cups peanut butter chips, chopped
TOPPING:
3/4 cup flaked coconut
5 to 6 drops green food coloring
FILLING:
1/2 cup butter, softened
2-2/3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
Prepare cookie dough according to package directions; add yellow food coloring if desired. Stir in peanut butter chips. Shape into 1-1/4-in. balls; place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten slightly with a glass. Bake at 375° for 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
Place coconut in a plastic bag; sprinkle 5 to 6 drops green food coloring into bag and shake until color is evenly distributed.
In a small mixing bowl, cream butter until smooth. Add the confectioners' sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla; beat until smooth. Frost the bottoms of 22 cookies; sprinkle with coconut. Top with remaining cookies and gently squeeze together. Yield: 22 sandwich cookies.
"You may substitute your favorite sugar cookie recipe for the cookie mix; just add the yellow food coloring if desired and the peanut butter chips"

Peanutty Fries
http://recipes.tasteofhome.com/eRMS/recp.aspx?recid=7957
INGREDIENTS
1 package (10 ounces) peanut butter chips
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Paper muffin cup liners (2-1/2-inch diameter)
Red icing, optional

In a microwave, melt peanut butter chips with milk; stir until smooth. Pour into a foil-lined and greased 9-in. baking pan. Cool completely at room temperature. Lift out of the pan and invert onto a cutting board.
Remove foil; cut into 3-in. x 1/4-in. strips. Fold muffin cup liners in half, pressing out creases; fold in half again. Fold point under; use as holder for fries. Use icing for ketchup if desired. Yield: about 3-1/2 dozen.

What do you keep in your bag for school?

Q. Not just what YOU carry, but what anyone would carry in their purse/tote/backpack... List EVERYTHING you can come up with (but still makes sense) and please number them, because whoever lists the most gets best answer.

I put this in the Adolescent section because I want answers from high school kids.

Can anyone tell me what brand this lunch bag is?

Hannah!

I was at Marshall's a couple of months ago and I saw this really cute insulated lunch bag. It looked like a purse and it was light blue with pink roses. It was insulated and it came with like 3 different-sized containers. It was so cute and at the time I wasn't sure if I wanted it but now I really REALLY want it. I don't know what it was called and of course Marshall's doesn't have it anymore. Does anyone know what brand it is?

Answer
No but here are some cute ones:

Is it safe to clean and re-use a moldy lunch container?

amy1577

How do you freeze fresh spinach?

kids lunch bag plus on Ladybug Kids Childs Insulated Lunch BAG Tote Dabbawalla | eBay
kids lunch bag plus image

NEWTOME

It's no surprise that when fresh, pre-packaged spinach returned to our grocer's shelves, it's only a buck for a huge bag! My hubby bought 2 bags but we just had a dish with spinach in it for dinner, plus leftovers! I doubt I'll use it before it spoils and it's only 2 bucks, but I don't want to see it go it waste! What's the best way to freeze fresh spinach?

Answer
OK....I never would have blanched spinach but I read several people here saying they do it. So I am changing my post since I am not an expert...just speaking of my own experience. Personally, I think spinach cooks so fast when you throw it in a dish that no blanching is needed, but for $2 I would say, toss it in the freezer as it!

You will never be able to use it as fresh after you freeze it but it goes great in anything. Add the whole bag to a soup and freeze the soup, make a quiche/fritatta dish where you beat 8 eggs, add a little milk or cream, add a cup or two of shreaded cheese, some chopped ham maybe, and all the spinach. Bake it in a pie tin with no crust @ 350 F for about 25 minutes. It'll puff way up and then settle back down. You can then cut it in wedges and freeze the wedges for a fast breakfast or lunch.

Or toss the spinach into a pot of pasta sauce and then freeze it.

Or eat it mixed with salad greens uncooked. My kids won't eat regular lettuce unless there is spinach mixed in.

If you just freeze it as is, you can also use it in any cooked dish later on.

How do you get your child to conform to mealtimes?

scarlet_sa

My son is 2 and is used to grazing. He dictates when he is hungry, so we end up making meals for him anytime and wherever. It would be a great stress release if he wasn't picking off of plates or having us make meals late at night. My main question: Is it too barbaric to make him wait to the next meal/snack if he decides not to eat? I'm trying to think of the best strategy to get him to be nutritionally fulfilled and get him in the swing of breakfast/lunch/dinner times...

Answer
I promise that he will outgrow this eventually. He's still very young and growing very quickly, so he needs to eat often. Plus, he has a small tummy, so he can't always eat a large amount at one time. I'd rather have him decide when he's hungry and when he's not so that he can follow his body's cues.

That being said, you don't have to prepare a whole meal for him whenever he's hungry. Serve each meal at the normal mealtime, and try to keep him from snacking for at least 60 minutes before the meal. If he complains that he's truly starving, you can offer a light snack (a box of raisins, a banana, some blueberries, a bit of cheese, etc.) to tide him over.

My middle child was a definite grazer, and it took her probably until age 3 before she really settled into eating full meals at mealtimes. We just learned to go with it as best we could. At dinner, we learned that if we just left her food on the table, she'd often come back to it right as we were starting to clear the dishes. So, we'd go ahead and let her eat -- she was still eating the same food, just later than the rest of us. She's now 5, and she eats perfectly fine at meals, but she still tends to nibble throughout the day whenever she can, and she's the tallest and thinnest of my three kids. I think it's just her nature, and I'd really rather have her continue to follow her body's cues.

All of my children tended to have 3 meals and 3 snacks a day as toddlers --
breakfast around 7:30
snack around 9-10:00
lunch around 12:00
snack around 2-3:00
dinner at 6pm
small snack right before bed at 8pm (banana, slice of cheese, a couple crackers, etc.)

By age 3, they didn't need the nighttime snack anymore, but still had a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack. My oldest daughter is in 1st grade, and they're still allowed to nibble something from their lunch bag during their morning recess, so she still often eats 2 snacks per day as well.

As for nutrition, try to look at your son's diet over the course of several days, not just a single day. Our pediatrician told us that at one point, and it really makes sense for toddlers. I know there were days that my kids maybe wouldn't eat a single vegetable, but they'd make up for it by wolfing down multiple servings of veggies at a single meal on another day. As long as you continue to offer a variety of healthy foods for meals and snacks, it all balances out.

I went to lunch today and ordered a bacon cheeseburger, the waitress asked me how I would like it cooked and I said rare. She told me that it had to be either medium or well done. That made me mad. Why ask if you are not going to cook it the way I want it? Has anyone else had this problem when ordering gormet burgers?

The Issue
If you eat undercooked ground beef, it may result in a type of food poisoning that is commonly called hamburger disease. You can minimize your risks by handling and cooking raw ground beef properly.

Background
Hamburger disease is caused by a specific type of bacteria called E.coli 0157:H7. E.coli live in the intestines of cattle, and can be transferred to the outer surface of meat when an animal is butchered. The process of grinding can then spread the bacteria throughout the meat. You can not tell the difference between contaminated or non-contaminated ground beef by the way it looks, smells, or tastes.

Contact with E.coli 0157:H7
Two of the most common ways to come into contact with E. coli 0157:H7 are by directly handling raw ground beef without taking precautions, and by eating ground beef that is undercooked. People who get hamburger disease often report that they ate ground beef before they became ill.

You can also be exposed to this type of E.coli through other sources, including fermented (culture added) meats, unpasteurized milk, unpasteurized apple cider, unchlorinated water, and contaminated vegetables. In addition, you can spread the bacteria just by touching an infected surface, such as a cutting board in your kitchen, and then touching another surface.

Symptoms of Hamburger Disease
People who become infected with E. coli 0157:H7 experience a wide range of health effects. Some do not get sick at all. Others feel as though they have a bad case of the flu, with symptoms ranging from severe stomach cramps, to vomiting, fever, and watery or bloody diarrhea. These symptoms usually appear within two to ten days after contact with the bacteria, and clear up within seven to ten days.

Some people who get hamburger disease experience life-threatening symptoms, including kidney failure, seizures, and stroke. While most of these people will recover completely, others may suffer permanent health effects, such as kidney damage, and some may die.

Minimizing Your Risk
By following some common sense guidelines in the way you handle and cook food, you can Fight BAC!®, and drastically reduce your risk of contracting hamburger disease and other foodborne illnesses.

Chill
Bacteria grow quickly at room temperature, so when you are running errands, make grocery shopping your last stop
Buy perishable foods last, and refrigerate or freeze them as soon as you get home
Never defrost food at room temperature; thaw food in the refrigerator, in cold water, or in the microwave if you are going to be cooking it immediately
Marinate food in the refrigerator
Set your refrigerator to 4ºC (40ºF) and your freezer to -18ºC (0ºF)
Clean
Always wash your hands for at least 20 seconds before handling food, and after handling raw meat, poultry, seafood or eggs
Sanitize countertops, cutting boards and utensils with a mild bleach and water solution before and after preparing food
Use paper towels to wipe kitchen surfaces, or change dishcloths daily to avoid the risk of cross-contamination and the spread of bacteria
Avoid using sponges, as they are harder to keep bacteria-free
Separate
Separate raw meat, poultry, and seafood from other foods in your grocery cart
Store these raw foods in sealed containers or plastic bags on bottom shelves in your refrigerator to keep their juices from dripping onto other foods
Use one cutting board for produce, and a separate one for raw meat, poultry and seafood
Cook
To make sure you kill bacteria, cook hamburger and other ground meats thoroughly, as ground beef can turn brown before disease-causing bacteria are killed. Use a digital instant read food thermometer to ensure thorough cooking to an internal temperature of 71ºC (160ºF)
Never place cooked food back on the same plate or cutting board that previously held raw food - people often make this mistake when cooking on the barbeque
Never use left-over marinade for basting or as a sauce, unless you boil it first to kill bacteria

How can I fix my problems with eating without going to a professional or telling my parents?

Olivia

I have an unhealthy relationship with food/eating -- I know this. It hasn't gotten too out of control yet, as I'm not yet underweight, but only on the track.

I'm 15, 5'4, and 110 pounds, and I make sure I eat under the amount of calories I burned that day. Even if it's only 50 calories under, I feel content. But if it's 50 calories over, I just want it to be the next day so I can start over because I dislike the fact that I overate. I go running 6x a week, maybe even 7. I look in the mirror and I always see my flaws first; which is my stomach at a disgusting 30" I seriously hate my stomach so freaking much and occasionally I dream of cutting it off. I also hate my super flat ugly boobs.

I can't eat in front of people; I only do so at dinner because I have no other choice. But for breakfast, lunch, and any snacks, I always eat alone because I don't like watching people eat and I don't like people watching me eat. Food/eating and planning and counting calories/fat/carbs takes up a lot of time. I hardly ever allow myself to eat the foods I love (cookies & crème ice cream, and pasta), when I do, I'm super upset.

I don't like feeling this way, and I want to fix it, but I cannot tell my parents because they would freak. How can I fix these issues myself?

Answer
Why do you do it? Why be so hard on yourself about your appearance at 15 years old? I did this years ago...I would eat everything with a spoon and I only allowed myself to put the spoon in my mouth 10 times. After every spoon of food, I drank 5 sips of water and I would only eat what was on the "outer rim" of my plate and NEVER what was in the center of my plate. If it was only 7 or 8 spoonfuls of food eaten, I compensated with 2 or 3 extra GLASSES of water. I did this for 3 years. From your profile pic you don't look like a girl that has a "weight" issue, but at 15, I will question what made you take such an "adult, sexy" picture and post it on the net. I can only imagine what every other pic looks like.

For a 15 year old that hates her boobs and stomach, you have your boobs popping out and on full display, so what's really going on is my concern...

Your eating habits are your choice and if you ask someone like me what I think, I think you have given yourself a problem that you choose not to control. People use to ask me all the time if I was sick, had the flu and was anemic because to them, I looked WORSE than how I looked to myself.

Perhaps telling your parents is just the thing you need to do to get control of what is really going on, because starving yourself is never as clean cut as just not wanting to eat. For me, I did it because I wanted to be like the girls I went to school with and they were genetically exposed to be being thinner. I grew up in an overweight household and I didn't want to be overweight.

You'll soon create a larger wall and become a bigger outcast because for some people sharing a meal, a soda and snacks is how we bond as human being sometimes. Sometimes a bag of doritos and a orange soda brings out the silliness and giggles amongst friends. It's just not the right thing to do to alter your appearance. Anytime you deprive yourself of a healthy lifestyle because you don't like like the way it makes you feel or how it could "potentially" make you look, you need to ask a professionals opinion on the matter.....

Your cute enough now to turn it around and once you do that WITHOUT someone else telling you to do it or making you do it, you always feel better about making the decision, because you did it for yourself and you did it on your own. good luck

Ham and Cheese Biscuit Roll ups

Ingredients:

2 cans of biscuits ($.33 each)

Sandwich ham (1 slice per two biscuits - wafer sliced ham, 1 pkg. is $.59)

Shredded cheese (1/2 bag would be generous - $1.00)

Directions:

Open the tube of biscuits. Take two at a time and roll them out fairly thin on a cookie sheet. (No need for extra flour.) Place a slice of ham in the center and add some shredded cheese. Roll up the biscuit and dip the rolled biscuit in the shredded cheese. Place the roll cheese side up and bake until browned slightly, about 10 to 12 minutes. I used an insulated cookie sheet, so I didn't have to worry about the bottoms burning. Serve alone or with a side of deli or regular mustard.

2 cans of biscuits make 10 roll ups (10 biscuits per can). Adjust according to the size of your family. A smaller version of this could also be used for appetizers using only one biscuit per roll up.

You can also use this idea with other fillings, such as:

Chicken and broccoli with Swiss cheese

Hot dogs or polish sausages and sliced cheese (pigs in a blanket)

Ground beef and spaghetti sauce with mozzarella cheese sprinkled with parmesan cheese & garlic powder (rolled calzones)

Corned beef, roast beef or ground beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese

Roast beef, smoked cheese and deli mustard

Scrambled eggs and cheese

The possibilities are endless. Also consider filling them with butter and rolling them in cinnamon sugar for a simple treat in the morning with coffee or a snack for the kids.

Answer
My son is on a nut-free diet, and is 4 years old. Options are wonderfully many these days, and due to medical issues worldwide, it is regulated (in Canada, US, UK) to list all potential allergens on the ingredients labels.

1. Only buy things that are not potentially cross-contaminated with peanuts.

2. This includes soaps and lotions, et al.

3. Instead of Peanut Butter:
o Soya Butter (yum!)
o Almond Butter (very popular choice)
o Cashew Butter
o Hazelnut Butter
o NO NOT USE NUTELLA. It is made with Peanut OIL.

4. Instead of Peanuts:
o Soya Nuts!
o Peas (only if the allergy is not linked ot peas. Peanuts and Peas have a cross-over.)

5. Simple lunches and simple dinners:

o Pure foods. (1) fruit (1) milk of soy milk (1) veggie and (1) protein

A. Lunch

6 oz Soy Yogurt -7 g protein
6 oz. chocolate soy drink - 7 g protein
(1) small apple bag of slices - 3 g protein, carbs
(1) small bag of crackers or crisps (carbs)
1/4 cup of carrot sticks

variations: add a peanut free dip in a tiny cup to dip veggies or crisps. Add a baggie of fruit snacks.

B. Dinner:

o 4 oz. hamburger patty or hamburger )9 g protein)
o 6 oz. soy milk (7 g protein)
o 1/2 cup broccolli with butter
o fruit tart or slice of pie

Snacks:

Healthy, non-peanut snacks include fruit snacks, fruit leathers, fruit slices, soy nuts, gluten-free/peanut free cookies

Did you do say anything extremely funny yet stupid today?

Katrocious

Lol, today at lunch we were talking about dogs and one of my guy friends said, "one time my dog had her period all over my bed." We were all like "eew!!!" Then I said, "That happened to Carrie (my friend, who isn't in our lunch) when she came over." (I meant that my dog had her period on her blanket and stuff.) Then there was an awkward silence and i got a lot of weird looks, so I said "She was in heat." Just now, 7 hours later, I realized that they must have thought that i meant Carrie had bled all over! I never really specified that it was my dog. Lol, i crack myself up! This guy who'se got a crush on her and was also sitting at the table will never think of her the same way again. Haha, i hope she never hears about this.

Answer
I very rarely ever write "lol" but your question literally did make me LAUGH OUT LOUD. Oh my goodness, that's priceless.

Yes, I did indeed inadvertently do something stupid today. We're allowed to dress casually on Fridays, and so I wore a new pair of yoga pants that were a bit too big, not realizing that they'd stretch out throughout the day and start to slip down. My friend lent me a scarf to tie around my waist to help keep them up, and I thought I'd be fine. During lunch I was walking across the quad and noticed a lot of people gaping at me. Not laughing or pointing, just OO staring, and that's when I realized that the friction of my bag against the scarf had made it fall off and that my pants were hanging down below my hips. Everyone could see everything. On the upside, I was wearing a pair of really adorable Paul Frank underpants with "You're Rad" printed on the back so the entire school now knows they're rad. : ) I'm a senior and we're a chilled-out group, so everyone was actually really, really funny and sweet about it, and I'm not that embarrassed.

I can sort of relate to your mishap. One of my cousins from the UK was visiting us a few years ago when my school was having an art day, and she came with. This obnoxious boy who'd been following her around and bugging her half the day grabbed her sketch pad and started taunting her by holding it over his head and refusing to give it back until she was so exasperated she shouted out "GIVE ME BACK MY BLOODY PAD!" so loud everyone stopped what they were doing and swiveled their head around and stared at her in stunned silence. In the UK "bloody" is just a swear wear and doesn't literally mean bloody, but of course that's not the meaning everyone initially thought of it that context. He was so embarrassed he dropped the pad and left her alone the rest of the day.

~ Pax / Peace : )
