I am searching for a fast weight loss diet. I dont have a lot of money and im at school most of the day with no access to a fridge or microwave. It has to stay good for about 2-3 hours in a lunch bag. I also dont want to use any packaged food. Such as special k bars.

Answer
Against common belief of eating less and losing weight that is far from the truth. Your body needs energy to burn the fat and let your metabolism work but when you eat less or incorrectly it'll slow down and store the un processed fat in your body and thats how you become more fat. Eat peanut butter, celary, try to limit sodium intake but make sure to include some of it in your diet. Carb counting and all that bs is pretty much pointless. You can get bananas for relatively cheap and also make sure you drink alot of water and stay away from soda, juices, and even sports drinks like gatorade and etc. The best and healthiest way to lose weight is to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day each of them with a different food group for example. morning you want more carbs so try rice and peanut butter and add some fruits for fiber and cereal is a good source of carbs too. Throughout the day eat fruits, peanuts, bananas, a k bar is good too but the trick is to keep your metabolism going so it continueously be burning those small meals and will burn fat alot quicker. Try to squeeze a run in too or even some in house ab burning workouts like planking or side planks, crunches and stuff like that. I can't express enough to drink water though, your body needs it to stay cool and hydrated because if you don't itll slow down your metabolism and also cause your muscles to create more lactic acid which is was causes sore muscles. Sorry for such a long answer and i hope it helps, If you want a diet plan or a workout plan you can message me on here and i'd have no problem typing one up.

What are some school lunches that are under 300 calories that are easy to make? Salad recipes are also welcome?

The lunches can be warmed in a microwave, but that is all. (College student.) I'm trying to start to eat a salad once a week. Healthy lunches that you recommend would also be great, And I'm a really picky eater, so if you have ideas that friends or family of yours eat that are picky that would be wonderful!

How about trying some baked potatoes that are stuffed with veggies, cheese and other things? You can bake the potatoes EITHER in the micro or an oven--then hollow them out slightly, add things to them like cheese, broccoli pieces or chili, wrap them in foil and refrigerate them for use all week. All you have to do once they're baked is to warm them in a micro for about 5 minutes. Whole baked potatoes are very healthy, and if you add healthy fillings, you've got a really satisfying meal for WELL under 300 calories. You can add a salad to that --or fruit. Or you can even freeze them if you have a freezer.

Or if you have an oven you can use once a week or so, take a tube of those canned biscuits--not the really flaky ones--the cheap ones--lay the biscuits out for about 15 minutes to get warmer, then smash them flatter--and fill the centers with leftover roast beef or chicken, mixed veggies, crumbled sausage or Vegetarian "crumbles" (fake meat) and dribble on some jar spaghetti sauce, then fold them over and bake them like you would the biscuits--these are very handy to keep in the fridge, and can be grabbed one or two at a time for a quick lunch or snack.

Del Monte makes a kind of fruit cup called "Naturals" which contains fresh fruit without sugar added--and is in a single-serving cup. These are wonderful for getting a fruit serving--and they don't spill or leak. They're in the produce section of your grocery store near the juices. There are 5 or 6 varieties, all very good.

You know you can freeze pancakes and waffles? And that you can eat both with peanut butter, fruit, or even mushroom soup on top. Make them small and freeze individually, then put them in ziploc bags to take in your lunch.

You can also cook pasta or macaroni in your microwave and add any number of sauces or soups to it.
