Is $200.00 a week, every friday, enough money for groceries and gas for my beautiful wife?

Our family is 2 adults, and 1 toddler and 1 infant who is breastfeeding.
My wife is a stay at home mommy, a great one at that, so she doesn't a gasoline need like me, (work 7 days a week :D ).

wipes - $2.79 per package - avg 3 packages a week

lunch meats/ cheese - $4.00

almond milk - $2.50 per 1/2 gal
cranberry juice $3.00
water - $.79 per gal - 5gal a week
vinegar - $2.79 per gal - 8 gal per month
laundry soap - $12.00 - 125 loads

dish-soap (hand) - can't remember - bought it back in January(ish)

dr bronner's soap - $12.00 - lasts 2 adults, toddler, and 1 baby about 2months

toilet paper - $2.60 per package of 4 or $7.00 per package of 12

dentist for dd1
cloth training pants/undies for girls
dd2's well check appts
clothes/ shoes for the girls
dd2's surgery
