Need some good out of the box ideas! 4 New Years Eve Sleepover Party (4 13-14yr girls & me)!?

So this new years I like to have a new years eve sleepover party for my friend and "lil sis" & her 5 friends who came to her bday sleepover sat night! The girls and I call had so much fun and best all all come fast friends as most all but 2 didnot know eachother at all. And we all become fast friends and out of are shy shells.

Anyway I need some really good ideas for her party!

Hear is my wishlist/what I have in mind to do as I like to do:
Wishlist:
*Keep it out the box!
*Have it be a theme thats out the box (but try to keep it Disney n new years n girl sleepover)!
*Be kid like
*As the girls are now all young adults as well as am I I like for it to be kind of more adult like!
*Keep to what u do at most sleepovers.
*Be all day and night have it start at 11am-11pm!
*Keep the over all cost low


My what I have at the point!
* The girls and I love DIsney so I was thinkig of this:
*Have each girl bring her fav DIsney dvd and come dressed up as her fav Disney character.
* And as each girls get to the party we give them a large plain white pillow cases/top n a paper lunch bag all with a # on it. And base on the # each girl gets (that gose for my sis n I) we brack n2 teams of 2 teams of 4!
*Also have the girls get a sheet of paper to fill out with the character she she dressed as. And have the from have a few more things asking about the character she she dressed as. Like I am a person,thing or animal,Boy or girls,new or old,what color thay are,do you sing so on!
*Anyway so the girls sit at two card tables and fill out and
*Anyway have the girls come dressed up as few fave Disney character yet not tell anyone who she dressed as.the player must keep talk n act as the Disney character she she dressed as.
* After we find out who is who (I call the game guess who)
We will do a video scavenger hunt we start with a stop 4 lunch out! So I need ideas on fun things we can do. At that poin the girls n my sis n I will b in are teams. As the girls will have on there tops with team n player name and player # you get the idea.
*We come back and wach the vidoes the team who win idk what to do 4 them! Pleas help me come up with a idea! Pleas help as I like it to last 4hurs
* I also think it be cute to have the girls once get home as n back to my sis place. Put on PJs ask girls to dress toddler or kid like n PJs we then vote on bast dressed.
* I then like to do a mock yet as close to real children's beauty pageant n then make a moive!
*Play hide n seek n the dark keeping n teams. Or someone can look n hide alone.
*Do all the thing u do a most sleepovers
* Ring n the new year and wach the ball drop
*Wach the Disney dvd then wach the new ears eve moive new more chick flicks. That is all I have stay up all night.
*Have a coc chip pancakes n the AM and have a topping bar (need ideas 4 that)
* Get pizza
*Make are own sweet snacks
IDK what do you think pleas help me!
I like 2 that pleas not hate and being mean!
With that said is it ok to ask the girls to bring a snack 4 the party to share and some $ 4 the lunch we have out.
As this is not a bday party its just a party so is it ok to ask that?
I trying to not make this party cost $100 as she not my real sis just my friend! I was going to tell her dad and mom to take the night off and go out and be alone. And I stay with the girls and be the adut to take care of them. More keep them safe.At that point I have 3 reborn dolls all will come with us and I have each team take one with them and prank pp to make them think its a real baby!
Over all I like this to be nice but not cost eveyone lots of $! So send me your ideas
