Answer
Roxy has an pink/black argyle set that would match that includes a lunchbox and binder (bonus special offer: free shipping on those items and free mag subscription). I added a few other links too for other options.

Answer
1) Get bags from your local fish store. Don't over inflate them with air, but make them where they have some give. You'll want to double or triple bag them, banding each bag separately so that you have extra precaution if one or two of the bags leak. Then put the bags in a lunch cooler or Styrofoam box. (Again you LFS might have extras that you can get for free, just ask or check their dumpster)

2) Tape some "hot hands" to the top of the box where it isn't going to touch the bags. Line the top of the bags with newspaper to insulate them better and keep them from touching the hot hands.

3) Make them send the fish back in the original bag, showing they didn't open it. Make them sign for the box or pick it up at the airport and give them a time limit to report the dead fish. Unless you are doing like a 10 day guarantee or something. I rubber band my bags so I can tell if they were tampered.

4) hot hands, see above.

5) Styrofoam box or insulated cooler. Use newspaper empty inflated bags, or Styrofoam for padding and to hold the bags up.

Also ship overnight or use airport-to-airport shipping. (talk to southwest air cargo, or delta cargo)

One fish per bag is best.

Then put the cooler or Styrofoam box in a cardboard box, label LIVE FISH all over it and ship it off.

I have done the "thermos exchange" frag swaps online before and those people put the coral or small fish in a Thermos and put it in a box and ship it. It seems to work well for most coral frags and shrimps and stuff but I am not sure on Bettas since they need more air.
